Q: One of 2PM’s charm is the brotherhood. How to separate relationship as brothers and colleagues?
Jun.K: Hmmmm … no difference! (All members laugh)
Taecyeon: Yes, yes .. no difference (with a laugh). Our attitude as colleagues and brothers alike. Applicable in all situations.
Q: So many things happened to 2PM in 2012. What is the mean of 2012 year for 2PM?
Taecyeon: It was a year in which we develop and explore ourselves as individuals and musicians. So next year we promised to show better performance.
Q: What is the mean of Hottest for 2PM?
TAEC: THE BEST.
Junho: It’s best to 2PM.
Jun.K: Without Hottest, we are nothing.
Q: What’s different from 2PM concert this year?
Junho: We will be performing with a live band and there are some songs that we re-set.
Jun.K: We hope the fans will be happy with this. The concert this time will be very special.
Taecyeon: There will also be solo performances from each member.
Q: How to prepare for this concert? There is a special preparation?
Chansung: We always practice, regardless of whether or not there is an event. But this is what we do when preparing the draft. We continue to exercise as usual, the discussion can be done in the middle of training when the member who had the idea for the song selection, opening or closing, after training as usual.
Taecyeon: Yes, this time each member featuring solo stage. So each member make their own concept for the stage. Ranging from costumes to stage performance and we received input from anyone. We hope the fans are happy with the performance of our solo show.
Q: There are a lot of girl bands and boy bands popping up in Indonesia. What do you think about this, 2PM? Any tips or advice to be conveyed?
Taecyeon: To be honest, idol concept started in America. And then Korea created a new form of the concept and spread Korean Wave idol. The key is to always be creative. They should be able to create a character and concept that could explore and develop their talents.
Q: 2PM has a lot of fans from around the world. There are plans to release a song in English? Or planning to enter the U.S. market?
Khun: (in English) I had written a song titled “Let It Rain” in English. Let It Rain. I think it’d be cool if 2PM has the chance to release a song in English. And of course, we wouldn’t mind entering the US market or the European market if we have the chance to do so.
Taecyeon: But when we released the song in English, maybe we can not fully reflect our emotions while singing the song. For now, we will probably focus more on the songs in Korean.
Q: If there is an opportunity in collaboration with musicians, who would you choose?
Taecyeon: Whoever it is that there is an opportunity and could work well together, we certainly will.
Q: what is the craziest thing you’ve ever done on stage?
Taecyeon: It seems like we never did certain things are “crazy”
Junho: Oh, when the promotion of Heartbeat, we are very tired because not sleeping after exercise. Heartbeat choreography position at the beginning of the song is a lie down. We take utilize of that moment to rest the body a little hahaha …
Q: Who is the artist who affect you?
Wooyoung: Bi hyung (Rain).
Nichkhun: Justin Timberlake.
Junho: Michael Jackson.
Jun.K: R.Kelly and Stevie Wonder.
Taecyeon: Hottest (name for fans of 2PM, red.)
(Jun.K looked like questioning answers Taecyeon and started arguing with each other in Korean. Behavior they make the (people in) room laugh. Taecyeon finally explained.)
Taecyeon: Hottest inspire me to work.
